If we were born from Portuguese sails and pay so dearly to live close to the sea, why do we enjoy it so little? What made the Brazilian so little fan of candles? And if we are so few seagoers, what makes Brazil one of the biggest names in world yachting? Starting from these questions, the documentary tries to answer them through testimonies of several names of national sailing and rich historical research.
