Hosted by Kimberly Guilfoyle, the show primarily focused around the top criminal and legal stories in the news. The coverage included taped reports, reporters on location, and analysis from the show's host and analysts appearing on the program. It was broadcast live on Saturdays at 10 p.m., replayed at 2 a.m., the program was originally hosted by Jamie Colby.
